Narrative
Moses came to New London with his parents when a young man. Hemade a home of the "Glengae" farm, Lot #95. Quite a section ofthis land had been cleared previously by David Howe of Boston,but there was no house on the clearing. Moses took his ded fromhowe, and built a house and barn quite a distance south of thepresent Glengae, which was built by Benjamin W. Gay some yearssubsequent to his purchase of the farm. Moses Adams livedafterward with his oldest son, Moses, in the present George W.Tilton house, a short distance east of the old home.
