Narrative
Thomas Hatch of Sellinge and Tenterden, co. Kent, was born about1525. He married abt 1552, Joane, who married, secondly, beforeOctober 25, 1574, Richard Brissenden. They moved to Tenterdenbefore 1563, when they had a child baptized in the parishchurch, and Hatch was a church warden there in 1565.Administation on his estate was granted to his widow on October13, 1568. The account of Joane Hatch alias Brissenden, presentedOctober 25, 1576, names four daughters of Thomas Hatch, and thenames of his three sons appear in the will of his brotherStephen in 1606.
