Narrative
Harold was a salesman with the Woodward Supply Company inPortland. In earlier years he had worked for the John RoeblingCompany and was involved with preparing the wire rope forinstallation on the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco in the1930s. Harold and Merle adopted Mike.
