Narrative
Frank Miller was a building contractor in the Portland area formany years. He and his brothers, who were also contractors,worked on buildings in Oregon, Iowa, and California. He is knownto have built grain elevators in Astoria, the old Franklin HighSchool in Portland, and some of buildings at Iowa StateUniversity at Ames, Iowa.
