Capt. Elihu Adams married (pub. Sep 20, 1765) Thankful White,the daughter of Joseph White, Esq., of Randolph, Mass., and RuthNash. Capt. Elihu setrtled in Randolph, Mass., the part nowHolbrook. He was captain of the Braintree company at the siegeof Boston, when he contracted a fever. His widow was appointedguardian of the minor children, John and Elisha.
