Narrative
Dr. Weymouth graduated from Kingfield (ME) High School,University of Maine, and Tufts College of Medicine and served inthe Navy of World War 1. For 13 years he was a Doctor andSurgeon at Hopedale, MA on the visiting surgical staff ofMilford Hospital. For seven years, Selectman at Hopedale andMedical Examiner for Massachusetts. Moved to Maine and wasappointed by the Governor of Maine to the Maine Board ofRegistration of Selective Service. He was for eleven yearsMedical Examiner for Franklin County draft board and a member ofthe Memorial Hospital staff 1932 to 1960 when he retired after42 years as Doctor of Medicine. Member of the Old SouthCongregational Church and also the Masonic Blue Lodge, theScottish and York rites, Aleppo Temple, Mystic Shrine. Member ofthe Franklin County Medical Society, the Maine Medical Societyand served two 3 year terms as councilor to the Maine MedicalAssociation.
