Narrative
June 1882 was 35y, stout, light complexion, with a lightmustache, a farmer & shoemaker. Had a wife & child, very goodfellow, lives with his father Joel Weymouth on the latter's farmin East Greene, his mother was d/o Jethro Sandborn one ofWebster's early settlers. She died of heart disease about 1878.Jethro S W had a pleasant way and he did much hardwork.He said Frank P Weymouth was expected from the distant State ofKansas to meet his daughter ten years old who was sick untodeath with water on the brain at the house of _____ Merrill inEastern Lewiston. Frank P Weymouth was the son of the lateDaniel L Weymouth and his wife Evelina T Herrick and was born inWebster (then part of Lisbon) in 1836 and hasbeen in Kansas many years an employee of the railroad in the warof the Rebellion he was a Lieut. in the Union Army being aVolunteer from the State of New Jersey.
