Narrative
A graduate of Harvard College in 1693. The second pastor of thePresbyterian Church of East Hampton, NY. He commenced his laborsin this field Sep 1696 and was installed pastor of the Church 13Sep 1699. This was his first and only charge. He served in thatsingle church just fifty years, and then through advancing ageand increasing infirmities, was at his own request released fromthe pastoral care 19 Sep 1746.
