r152 Vet: French & Indian Wars3 Aug 1761: Will provedHe was admitted to the North Church,Haverhill (later Plaistow,NH) 24 March 1731. He served in the French and Indian War; wasin Lt. Col.Frye's Company at Boston February 11,1757. He died 13July 1761.His will was proved 3 August 1761, gave the homestead to Mark,lands in the West Parish to Joseph and lands in Kingston andSandown to them jointly.
