Eleanor's will was proved Dec. 12, 1519. She asked to be buriedin the churchyard at Sellinge and left legacies to the highaltar, the Lady light, the rood light, the torch light and theTrinity light of the church, and for the benefit of herhusband's souls. She entrusted her children Thomas and AgnesHache to he father-in-law for ten years, and, in the case of hisdeath within that time, to William Hartt. After several smallpersonal legacies the residue was to be divided between her sonThomas at the age of twenty-one and her daughter Agnes ateighteen.
