On 10/29/1713, Thomas and John VARNUM convey toJoseph VARNUM land bounded on the North side of the MerrimackRiver, Joseph's farm on the West, except 100 acres of the 500acres that was already owned by Joseph from a parcel sold tohim by John "COLEBURN".
