Mary Stanford, born circa 1664, died 10 August 1703, during theIndian raid on Purpooduck Point, Cape Elizabeth, ME (the raid onthis settlement was one of the more tragic events of QueenAnne's War. There is a pretty good account in Jordan's "Historyof Cape Elizabeth.")
