Narrative

From Hershele@aol.com: "Joanna is reputed to be 'of Woolwich,Sagadahoc, ME.'" Please note the two references to Studley's in New England thatmay give us some clues as to which branch may have gone toMaine. Savage loses track of John Studley of Boston andmentions that he may have removed elsewhere. At that time, thereason for removal was usually for religious reasons (i.e.Quaker). A James Studley shows up in Portsmouth around 1700,but there are no clues given as to where he came from. Hopethis gives us a starting point to track Joanna.
