The Wood family Index by John Sumner Wood, Sr., p. 415,statesthat Nicholas WOOD was married 3 times: first to MaryPidge, daughter of Thomas PIDGE of Roxbury; second to MaryWilliams; and third to Ann (Cleveland) Page.In The Whitin Family, p. 37, it is stated that Nicholas WOODmarried Mary WILLIAMS in 1644. Mary WOOD, my ancestor, and hertwin sister, Sarah, were baptized in Roxbury on 25 Oct 1642,making Mary PIDGE their mother.
